Non-profit raises more than $143K to support individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism and behavioral needs

Passavant Memorial Homes Foundation (PMHF) recently held its 32^nd Annual Golf Classic at Olde Stonewall Golf Club in Ellwood City, PA.

The 32^nd Annual PMHF Golf Classic raised more than $143,000 for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs served by PMHF’s parent not-for-profit organization, Passavant Memorial Homes (PMH). All of the net proceeds will be used to further enhance the services and supports provided to over 600 individuals that PMH serves across western and central Pennsylvania.

The winners of the event’s prestigious PMHF Classic Cup was the foursome led by Dr. Frank Makoczy of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania.

Celina Pompeani Mathison, KDKA-TV Pittsburgh Today Live Reporter, emceed the event, which was highlighted by features such as a bourbon tasting station, a Pittsburgh Cookie Table, a photo booth, four hole-in-one competitions, including a chance to win a $75,000 gift certificate to LW Automotive, exclusive silent auction items, including an autographed Paul Skenes jersey, and many other exciting raffle prizes. Golfer giveaways included a choice of a new Titleist, TaylorMade, or Ping sand wedge and golf glove.
